Hey all. I own a busy restaurant in the Bronx, open until 2 AM, and I keep having issues: an employee was stealing from the bar, a slip-and-fall claim I could not disprove, and the old camera system I inherited records in such bad quality you cannot see faces. Plus the alarm is a separate company with its own monthly bill. I would like one company to handle cameras, alarm, and maintenance so I am not chasing three vendors. I would also like to check the cameras from home after closing. Who are you using for restaurants in NYC?

Restaurants are exactly where having one vendor pays off. We moved our two places to 4Wires after a similar mess with a bad old camera system. They replaced the cameras so faces are actually readable at the bar and the register, added a camera on the kitchen floor which already helped with an insurance claim, and took over the alarm with 24/7 monitoring. After install we signed a service contract, so if a camera dies on a Friday night they handle it. You can watch everything from your phone, which matters when you are not on site at closing. Not the cheapest quote we got, but the other guys only did cameras. Install was done overnight, so we did not lose a single service. How many cameras do you have now?

Choosing the right courier partner begins with understanding the requirements of the shipment and comparing them with the services available. Customers should consider whether they need a one-off delivery, recurring transportation, an urgent document courier, a direct journey, or a solution for larger commercial consignments. They should also identify the collection location, destination, preferred schedule, package dimensions, weight, and any special handling requirements. Once these details are established, they can request a quotation and confirm whether the provider can meet the required arrangements.
