Greetings everyone, hope you’re all doing great. I wanted to ask for some opinions after something that came up during a recent visit with our team. We were discussing different approaches for sourcing electrical equipment and one of the engineers mentioned Magnetic Control Factory because they had come across their products on a previous project. That led to a longer conversation about how people actually judge manufacturers beyond specs and brochures. For those who’ve dealt with similar suppliers before, what ended up mattering more in real use product consistency, support, lead times, or something else?
