What is the best mobile utility for cleaning up poor document scans?
I need to fax over some old, faded contract blueprints from my phone, but the lighting in my home office is pretty dim. Every time I take a regular photo, the background looks completely gray and muddy, which makes the small text impossible to read. Is there an app with intelligent filters that can make smartphone photos look like they came from a high-end flatbed scanner?
