Set Up Passive Income and Player Sales
Mid-game is when you stop living off drops and start building a routine. The classic move is water. Industrial purifiers at your C.A.M.P. quietly print Purified Water while you’re off doing events, Daily Ops, or just getting lost in the Mire. Come back, grab the haul, and sell it in chunks. Then use your player vendor to dodge the NPC limit. Ammo you never touch—.38, 10mm, shotgun shells you don’t run—often sells fast at 1 Cap each. Plans, decent legendaries, and niche mods can do even better if you price them like you actually want them gone.
Travel Cheap and Spend Like You Mean It
Fast travel fees don’t look scary until you’ve done it fifteen times in an hour. Join a Public Team and use it like a subway map: hop to teammates, their camps, and free locations to cut costs. Also, don’t impulse-buy every shiny thing the moment you see it—save Caps for plans that change your loadout, not stuff you’ll drop next week. And if you’re short on time or chasing specific progress, some players look at Fallout 76 boosting as a way to skip the slow parts and stay focused on the content they actually enjoy.
